We're Hiring
Studio Manager — Junior/Mid-Level
Santa Fe, NM
In-Person · Part-Time (potential to evolve into full-time)
The Role
Storm by Montecristi is looking for our next right hand. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-and-manage-
We're a small, intentional team. That means you'll touch a lot — and if you're hungry, you'll learn fast. The person who thrives here loves owning their domain, sweats the details no one else notices, and takes genuine pride in a well-run, well-organized space.
What You'll Own
-
Studio & Facilities — Keep the workshop pristine, organized, and on-brand. You're the person who notices when something's off and fixes it before anyone asks.
-
Order Fulfillment & Shipping — Oversee packaging, quality control, and outgoing shipments. Every STORM order deserves a luxury unboxing; you're the last set of eyes before it leaves.
-
Inventory — Run physical audits of raw materials and finished goods, maintain Shopify inventory levels, and flag reorder needs before they become problems. You'll also help evolve and improve how we track.
-
Team Coordination — Keep the weekly rhythm of the studio on track. Coordinate schedules for our local seamstresses, track freelancer timelines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Events & Pop-Ups — Help coordinate the physical logistics, packing, and inventory prep for regional STORM events. Assist with pre-event promotion and show up ready to support sales and customer experience on the ground.
Who You Are
-
2+ years in retail, studio, production, or logistics — or you've found another way to prove you know how to run things
-
Supremely organized, with the follow-through to match
-
Comfortable in Shopify (or quick to learn it)
-
A strong communicator who holds themselves accountable without being told to
-
Self-directed but a natural collaborator in a small team setting
Bonus Points
-
A strong visual eye — you notice what looks good and what doesn't
-
Interest in content creation or a knack for capturing behind-the-scenes moments on your phone
-
Genuine curiosity about the craft — we're happy to teach you the basics of hatmaking, and we love when our team wants to learn
Why This Role
You'd be joining a brand with deep roots and real momentum, at a stage where the right person can grow with it. If you want to be more than a cog — if you want to understand how a luxury product business actually works and leave fingerprints on it — this is that job.
