We offer $35 flat rate ground shipping in the contiguous US for hats. Expedited shipping can be selected at check out. Additional fees will apply.
We highly suggest purchasing the Route Shipment Protection add-on to nsure your package.
For international, HI or AK orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Storm by Montecristi is not responsible for customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
We are a small company but will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Anticipate a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 5 weeks to receive your order, depending on the item(s).
Most items are made to order and require 4-7 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom or upgraded items can take up to 4 weeks to finish. The specific production time is noted on the individual product pages.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, generally 3-7 business days for ground. You will receive a 'Shipment Confirmation' email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date.
Yes, we ship all over the world. International shipping costs will apply (not our standard shipping rate). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Route Shipping Protection is available for purchase at checkout. We highly recommend purchasing this coverage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We carefully pack and inspect all items prior to shipping. Storm by Montecristi is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier or Route.
As each piece is carefully finished to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. We appreciate your understanding that, as a small company, this policy allows us to maintain our unique craftsmanship.
