tips on Finding Your Signature Fit:
Positioning: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your head—usually 1 cm above your ears and across the center of your forehead.
The "Pinky Finger" Rule: The tape should be snug but not restrictive. For the most comfortable fit, you should be able to slide a pinky finger between the tape and your head.
Material Considerations: Please review our individual style notes as some materials or shapes may have a size up or down recommendation.

STORM SIZING KIT
Ensuring a comfortable, confident fit is a critical step in the journey of your STORM hat. Taking the time to confirm your size ensures your hat arrives ready for a lifetime of wear.

How to Measure
STEP 1 Obtain a soft measuring tape, otherwise known as a tailor's tape. Utilize a mirror to ensure correct placement on the head. Enlist a companion, If possible, to assist you in obtaining an accurate measurement. You can order a complimentary tape here.
STEP 2 The most important aspect of the fit is that it is snug but not tight. Make sure you measure at a slight angle, sloping down around the widest part of your head. Place the measuring tape about a half inch above your eyebrows and about one finger's width above your ears. This is where your hat should rest when it's on your head.
STEP 3 Notate the measurement and reference the above size chart to find your Storm by Montecristi size. If it's between sizes, round up; your head will thank you. Order your perfect Storm by Montecristi hat and step out in comfort and style.
