We are a small company but will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Anticipate a minimum of 5 days and up to 5 weeks to receive your order, depending on the item(s). 

Most items are made to order and will take 5-7 business days before they are ready to ship. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Custom or upgraded items can take up to 4 weeks to finish. 

Please message us if you need an exact timeframe for a specific item or have a rush request.  

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, generally 3-7 business days for ground. You will receive a 'Shipment Confirmation' email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date.  

We offer $35 flat rate ground shipping in the contiguous US for hats.  Expect delivery (once shipped) to take 3-7 business days, though it may arrive sooner. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping, which can be selected at checkout.  

For international, HI or AK orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Storm by Montecristi is not responsible for customs, duties and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

As each of our pieces is carefully finished to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. We appreciate your understanding that, as a small company, this policy allows us to maintain our unique craftsmanship. To ensure the perfect fit, please take accurate head measurements and carefully select your desired item(s) and size. If you require any assistance with sizing, please don't hesitate to contact our team for personalized guidance.

We carefully pack and inspect all items prior to shipping. Storm by Montecristi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier. We offer Route Shipping Protection for purchase to protect from these types of incidents.

Beyond the exceptional, the personal. Our complimentary gold or silver hot stamping on the inner leather offers a discreet yet significant layer of individuality. It reflects our belief that true value lies not just in the quality of the craft, but in the ability to make it uniquely yours. We hot stamp up to 8 characters on the Interior band in your choice of gold or silver foil.

We offer 9 sizes across our standard size range. If your head measurement falls outside of this range (XXS or XXL) we can refer you to our parent company, Montecristi Custom Hats, for a custom quote. Please email us with your size information and product or style you are interested In and we will advise If it can be produced.
